Amulet Solutions developed a series of database reports for senior management at a successful international ISP in London, The reports that Amulet produced contained a series of KPI's showing product and order book revenues, revenue distribution and aggregated information across the whole international operation with the data split multi-dimensionally across country, product line, contract length and other important business dimensions.

Advanced Crystal Reports design techniques were utilised to develop the required suite of reports including making use of shared variables, dynamic arrays and advanced charting techniques.

The reports were developed and delivered on-time using Crystal Reports 8.5 on top of a Remedy CRM system which used SQL Server 2000 as the back-end database. Both the Remedy ODBC driver and SQL stored procedures were utilised as data-sources.
